If you notice, in the preview of the case at the beginning, the editors tried to block Judge Judy's voice. Judge Judy can not be silenced.
"No good deed goes unpunished." That line from Judge Judy basically sums up this case. The plaintiff is a very calm and rational woman, until you ruin her credit. Then she will go ape on you and scratch your eyes out.
