First off a big shout out to the Mighty Grooverider (Who's in the Belly of the Beast) for playing this track out way back in 1995 on Kiss (still got the radio broadcast on tape) and secondly for all the users to my channel.
This is one monster of a track by Goldie which was used to create "Timeless" the others being "Inner City Life" and "Pressure"
Enjoy?
Before you ask no it's got nothing to do with the sitcom "Golden Girls" but it does have something to do with a quality piece of MCing and Drum & Bass enjoy.
This track is from the "Transformers" EP (The Autobots) by Mampi Swift, oh and Micheal Bay if by some strange reason your watching this video make sure the special teams (Constructicons, Stunticons, Predacons, Arielbots, Protectorbots and even the Terrorcons) make an appearance in the "Transformers" live action sequel please?
This is a real gem of a track by Photek which I first heard it on a radio show hosted by Fabio way back in 1995! Enjoy this flipside to the classic track "The Water Margin"
Another talented artist who does not get the recognition he deserves, well not in the Uk (There isn't a day goes by without Girls Aloud or Pete "Crackhead" Docherty in the media) and it's about time the media focus on good quality music!
Rant over let the music begin?
Drum & Bass has gone through some changes during the years i.e Techstep (Championed by Ed Rush & Optical) Jazzstep (Alex Reece, LTJ Bukem & Wax Doctor) and more recently the Samba sounds of DJ Marky, XRS & Bungle! Now Drum & Bass has gone through a change again and "Drum Funk" is smashing up the "Speakers" and "Dancefloors"
I wonder why?
