Here's a beautiful tune by Tommy Sands. The Masterless Men do an amazing job of this one. It's a little long, so hang in there.... :)
(Sorry for the bad note toward the end...)
Just wanted to show off my new '59 Bassman to everybody for my 100th post!!! My wife got it for me for Christmas. I'm playing my '52 telecaster through a Boss ME50 into, of course, the Bassman. Thanks for all the support over that past 100 songs.... I'm looking forward to sharing many more songs with you during 2008!!! Happy New Year everybody!!!!! :)
Here's a Newfoundland song dedicated to a guy named Ray Price back home. Ray may not remember this, but he told me about this song years ago, and after listening to it, I had to learn it.
Ok, ok, I know what you're thinkin'... 'Teledude has finally lost it!!!' That's right, this is a Cindy Lauper cover. Oh yeah baby, I'm man enough to do this... :) hahaha
Great song by Gerry Rafferty, but I've never heard his version. I've come to know the song through Shannyganook, a local band out of St. John's, Newfoundland although other groups have recorded it as well.
Remember When by Alan Jackson
(IN STEREO HOPEFULLY) :) LOL :)
Ok, this is my very first attempt at adding backing vocals to a video after I've recorded the video. This was another request by my lovely wife. :) Let me know how it sounds. Main video/vocal track was done using Magix Movie Edit Pro. The two backing vocal tracks were added using Adobe Audition.
Probably one of the most important pieces of information that any man can receive is contained in the lyrics of this Brad Paisley song. So, listen up fellas, this may someday save your life!!! :) hahaha
This song is one of the most popular songs from my home province of Newfoundland, Canada. I don't know why I've never thought of posting this one before. Oh well, here is my version of a beautiful song by Ron Hynes.
I think the line in this song, "I'd drive all night again just to buy you some shoes" is one of the most romantic lines I've ever heard... or maybe that's just me.... or maybe it's because my wife likes shoes sooooooo much. :)
My backup singers make an appearance toward the end of this one... :)
