The Mandatory lifeboat drill is the standard part of all cruises. The passenger lifeboat drill must be held within 24 hours of leaving a port. This required under the SAFETY OF LIFE AT SEA CONVENTION (solas).
I took this video in the early morning of the 11th on the return to San Diego. I got a good view of North Island Naval Air Station & a submarine in drydock. Question to anyone from San Diego. Does anyone know the name of the submarine in drydock during this time? Thanks KF6OLC of CM87SP

Since the torch never came by the San Francisco waterfront. It took videos of all the protesters at the Ferry Building. I was surprised how orderly things were going. In all only 5 or 6 people were arrested for San Francisco leg of the 2008 Torch relay.
On the last day of the 2007 Fan Fest I brought my video camera to the fan fest.I hope that I captured enough of the event to give the public who did not go to 2007 Fan Fest what it was really like to be there.I was only at the fan fest for about an one hour. For now I'm just showing the 1 part of my tour.
