A video I shot and edited - of one of my favorite songs by the very talented Dana "Short Order" Cooke. We shot this whole thing in about 2 and a half hours, back in 1997. I'm glad I got this one out of the archives.
This is my version of the Hank Williams tune, recorded at the RedHouse Theatre in Syracuse, NY, in Sept. 2004. This performance felt like it belonged in black & white. Despite my screwing up the lyrics a bit, Henry Jankiewicz's fiddle playing saves the day.

Please forgive the poor quality of the video image, and the sound could be better, but this is such a sweet, pretty, appealing song.

Here's another live rendition of one of my favorite songs I've ever written, "The Cajun Country Dance." This version was recorded at the Syracuse Center for the Arts when I was the "presenter" at the June '07 meeting of the Guitar League. I really enjoyed the natural reverb of the Center for the Arts.
here's a live recording of my version of the Dylan song, performed 10/20/07 at Burritts' Cafe in beautiful downtown Weedsport. The mics on my camera picked up a lot of room noise, while onstage I don't remember the room being that noisey. Despite a relatively small attendance that night, I still enjoyed performing for the folks who were there, and they seemed to appreciate my efforts.

another, more recent performance of Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark". I have another, earlier rendition of this song, but I wans't happy with the sound quality on that one. This one's a little better, audio-wise.
