Here's Sebastian talking to Adira on 8/10/07. He's almost always in a good mood but today he was in a PARTICULARLY happy and talkative mood. At around 55 seconds you hear Adira say "I love you" and it really SEEMS that the baby SAYS IT BACK!!! What you do you think??
Sebastian LOVES when Adira gives him belly zurberts...check out his reaction!! There's a funny part toward the end where he does NOT like the taste of his burp cloth!
Sebastian spent some time telling Mommy alllll about his recent exercise on his Tummy Time mat while playing with his feet and making cute little squeaks at 16 weeks.
Sebastian's pull-up/practice standing toy's batteries were dying and for some reason, the A B C song that came out was ACAPELLA!! AFTER the batteries were replaced, the music came back...weird!
Sebastian turned 5 months old today (October 31, 2007). During this past month, he's been reaching for a lot more things. Here he sets his sights on Adira's water glass, grabs it and takes a drink!
Sebastian does alot of smiling and laughing and we've been trying to get this on video but whenever he sees the camera he makes us LIARS!!! Here's an attempt at catching him GIGGLING for the first time, which failed. But we did get him smiling, laughing and laughing at hiccups!!
Sebastian has been trying to post up on his knees and get his belly off the ground. Today, when Adira went to pick him up from his crib after a nap, she found him on on his knees rocking. We KINDA see him getting up here (with some help) but he's VERY cute trying!
One would HOPE that Adira the speech pathologist would limit herself to vocal and articulation exercises but noooooo she HAS TO have the baby practice walking at 9 weeks of age! Thanks honey! This video should be entitled "How to REALLY Screw Yourself"!!
Friends Ken and Edie from California brought their twins, Gabe and Siena (almost 10 months old), to FL to visit family and Sebastian (just over 5 months) got a chance to play
Sebastian has been more aware of everything around him, including the cats, tracking them and smiling at them when they walk by. Well, Toohle the youngest cat has been very friendly with Sebastian and today (October 14, 2007) he pet Toohle!
OF COURSE, the video is not rolling the VERY first time it happened but only 2 minutes later, basically on cue, Sebastian rolls over on video from his tummy to back at age 15 weeks!
