In the summer of 2005, the tiny village of West Buckland was host to the very first International West Buckland Olympics. See the edited highlights from this exciting competition here, featuring golf, badminton and swing-jumping.
A bored idiot attempts to build a spudgun, and ends up with a ridiculously underpowered piece of plastic. Still, I managed to make this video about the experience.
It snowed in South West England last year, and as every time it snows in England, everyone goes nuts. Including me. I whipped the wheels off my mountain board and tried to use it as a snowboard. And failed.
My brother (Guy) and I set out to try and make one of those ridiculously cool ski/snowboard videos that everyone seems to be doing. Since it's taking me about three years to put together the main thing, here's a stupid little trailer for the vid.

A whole eight month ski season's worth of webcam images put together into a time lapse. Not the best season for snow - especially the ice in the middle of January! Taken from the official Les Deux Alpes webcam in 1650.
A touching and sensitively made video analysing a small group of mentally challenged people (retards), examining how they cope in society, and the problems they face in their day-to-day lives.

Me and Jon go out and ride our bikes in Ashton Court, Bristol. There's no 25 foot drops, no freeride-style x-up tabletops, no 360 tailwhips, just two people riding bikes. But we do jump a little.

I tied my MiniDV camera to the power lines of my traction/power kite. The results weren't quite as I imagined they'd be. Maybe I need a more sophisticated harness - a single bit of string doesn't quite cut it...
