Bokan Go Go Go is a kart racing game based on an anime. It's not very good and I definitely prefer the shooters. The courses are long and boring and the game is just slow. Have a look for yourself.

Here is a fight from the story mode of this Budget brawler. Stages range from one on one battles all the way up to a horde of enemies trying to take you out. The controls are stiff and overall I'd say it's not all that good.
Ninku is a 2D fighter with 3D backgrounds. The 3D effect is a bit odd at first but you get used to it. You can only move on a 2D plane but sometimes characters are knocked or thrown in a 3D space. I hope that made sense. Anyway, this video features a couple fights against the cpu.
