Caroline Zhang, the 2007 US Junior silver medalist, skates to "You Raise Me Up" as her exhibition at nationals. Lovely positions and presence - looking forward to seeing her develop.
Tara Lipinski and Kurt Browning skate a duet to "La Valse Moderne" and "Dada Je Suis" on the 2000 Stars on Ice tour. Also includes an appearance by the fabulous Christopher Dean, who choreographed this piece.
The SOI cast visits the Donny and Marie show in 2000 to promote that year's tour. Featuring Tara Lipinski, Scott Hamilton, Ilia Kulik, Ekaterina Gordeeva, and Kristi Yamaguchi. At the end, they play twister, which is hilarious.
Fumie Suguri skates her short program at the 2004 World Championships. The music is Angele Dubeau's version of "Paint it Black."
Comments turned off until youtube gets a handle on the spammers, who love this video for some reason. Sorry.
Stephanie Stiegler and John Zimmerman skate their long program at the 1997 US Nationals. This program, to "The Sorcerer's Apprentice", is a masterpiece - choreographed by Peter Oppegard.
Yukina Ota skates her long program to Ravel's "Daphnis and Chloe" at the 2004 Four Continents Championship. I loved her carriage, sharpness, and perfect positioning, which isn't always typical of Japanese skaters.
Tara Lipinski skates to "Genie in a Bottle" during the 2000 Canadian Stars on Ice tour. (The Canadian network had the music re-recorded from Christina Aguilera's original for TV copyright purposes!)
The first (and only) music video from Scene 23, the group that was formed on the US TV show Popstars 2. Found this video on an old cd I had burned and thought others might be amused as well. I don't have any other footage of this show, so please don't ask.
Tara Lipinski skates two exhibition programs at the 1998 Olympic Games. The first is "Journey to the Past" from the movie Anastasia; then she skates an encore of her long program to "The Rainbow" and "Scenes of Summer."
Tara Lipinski's long program from the 1998 Olympics DVD, shown from just one camera angle and with no obnoxious commentary. I also have the other two angles posted, for those who are interested!
Tara Lipinski skates to "Let it Snow" at the 1996 Cook's Champagne on Ice Christmas show. This program shows a jazzy side and a couple of moves that we never Tara do again, like the lunge into a spin.
