Please, I'm a New Zealander, not an Aussie, so please refrain from posting political arguments about Defence spending in Australia. I'll just delete them anyway.
Thanks.

RNZN SH-2G Seasprite practicing for an air display. Although the aircraft has navy markings and are flown by navy pilots, all maintenance is performed by Airforce personnel. These same pers are then attached to the navy and are deployed with the ships as required.
This drive is along the desert Road, State Highway 1 in the North Island of New Zealand. It starts at the northern end, heading south and ends at Waiouru. The drive takes around 30 minutes in total without stopping to take photos. Sadly, both volcanos were shrouded in cloud so there's not a lot of special scenery to look at.
Music: Kansas - Carry on my wayward son.
