During a bad storm two days ago, I saw a fire in the old KMart parking lot on Hempstead Tpke. There was a huge cloud of smoke. I think it was a car on fire. No idea how it started, it didn't make the news as far as I now.
This is a video of the sewn bind off I sort of invented. Normally, I would go through the third stitch knitwise, but that resulted in a twisted stitch that stuck out. Just go with what looks and feels right. It's easy.
The view actually wasn't bad. A lot of people were at that park watching and then afterwards, someone went out on a little boat and shot off some fireworks right there in front of us.
On a completely different note, after the show was over, I saw a UFO. Did anyone else see it?
Some guys took their little boat out like 50 ft and shot off their own fireworks after the Jones Beach show was over. This was at Seaman's Neck Park in Seaford, NY.
When I turn the camera to the water, I'm actually following some guy who was swimming. He must've been crazy or drunk... that water was gross. Is there any way I can enhance the video to see him better?
Sorry for the suckiness of this video. The other one I uploaded is better. And a lot of other people who were closer got better videos.
