Now we're up to game 4. Are you enjoying it so far?
Ben and Joe are Mario and Luigi trying to rescue Gaara. Unfortunately they're also dead weight and have to be moved by their assistants.
The partner game to this, Living Scenery, won't be uploaded due to a broken A/V feed.
The game is exactly what it says on the tin. The cast is walking around with no shoes on mouse traps, blindfolded, for the entire scene. Lupin has become old and bitter in his old age, and has decided he's going to steal the happiness from all children.
And this is it for Sugoicon. We should be at Anime Punch '08 next. See you there!
Ben - Falls in love with a girl every 15 seconds.
Joe - Playing Double Dash in real life.
Nathan - Performing Evangelion in 60 seconds.
Special thanks to Adrienne for being awesome and riding on Joe's back for 5 minutes.
The cast has to perform an entire scene using someone else's hands. They're the dancers from Thriller in a Taco Bell. I don't believe I ever said it had to make sense.
Hope you like Harry Potter...
Nathan and Joe are Lucius Malfoy and Voldemort respectively, while Ben is a variety of characters trying to save Ron (and failing miserably).
Again, you people are screwed up in the head. Hardcore. We've read the cards.
If you even care about the scene, it's the cast of Naruto making an exercise video.
Ben, Nathan, and a volunteer are Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta repairing a house. They have dialogue, but the sound effects must be provided by Joe and two other volunteers. And the sound effects shape the scene, not the dialogue...
In retrospect, this was also not a good place to put the camera.
Joe apparantly colored outside the lines at an elementary school while hiding inside of Snake's box. Except... he doesn't know he did it. So Ben, Nathan, and our volunteer have to ask him questions until he figures out exactly what he's done.
Ben is Captain Planet trying to stop Nathan and a volunteer, two loggers deforesting... er... forests.
Special thanks to guest Tristan MacAvery for playing this game with us as a sound effects man.
The characters of Cardcaptor Sakura are searching for the Holy Grail.
Thanks for watching the show, please check out some of our other convention videos and be on the look out for us in the future.
Joe is Dante, announcing that he's going to fat camp to lose a bunch of weight he gained while promoting his new devil's food line of products. Like Interrogation, he's got to figure out that this is what he's doing. And since this is by far the longest announcement we've ever had, he didn't stand a chance.
Kyo killed someone, but the only way he can tell someone is through mime. Then each person has to relate it to the next in line. Very much like the Phone game you might have played as a child.
Ben - Committing suicide over minor inconveniences.
Joe - Various characters getting thrown out a window.
Nathan - The Ask a Ninja ninja.
Mike - Japanese warlord.
Ben - Unit 01
Joe - Gendo
Nathan - Kaworu (dammit!)
Volunteer - Shinji
The cast of Evangelion is tasked with changing a lightbulb while Josh and Jessica call out different styles for them to act in.
Ask a question or get the boot. This video has Princess Aura making a guest appearance.
This video includes the planning section since Youtube decided to bork up and insist I'm uploading a duplicate file...
We grabbed up Mike and Lothlin for this game. Honestly the scene doesn't matter, once you get more than 20 seconds into the game it always goes out the window anyway.
You'll need to turn up the speakers or put on headphones for this one. Not only did we not have enough mics, but the ones we had were fubar'ing right about now.
