Crazy how you can lose 10 pounds in such a short time. Pain, car accident and sprained ankle will really kick your butt!!!
Not really the way I want to lose weight...all we can do is keep positive...
After spraining my ankle, I was on pain meds that kept me asleep for 4 days... those 4 days, I did not eat... lost 10 pounds...
