This is Part 2 of a lecture on the proper way to perform the Olympic lift called the Snatch. It is given by the great Tommy Kono at the 2005 Arnold Weightlifting weekend in Columbus, OH. I apologize for the misedit at the very beginning.
Team ESSO grotto training for the 800 foot rappel of of the New River Gorge Bridge for Bridgeday 2006. Hocking Hills is an excellent rappelling spot, near Logan, OH, because you can rappel from 2ft or 130ft within an area of 50 yards.

A high speed rope swing that was rigged during a rappelling trip. It was still fun evening though the swinger (it was me) hit a tree. I wasn't hurt but the reactions from the group are funny. I was so busy trying to spin around so I didn't hit the rock bank on return that I didn't see the tree coming.
This is a short video clip of a tandem rappel. The top rappeller is using an extra long rappelling rack to counter the bottom rappeller's weight acting as a belay.
At a get-together, my friends daughter runs head first into a tv tray. She was not hurt. What was hilarious was the reaction of the guy on the couch as he knew it was going to happen.
