This is the beginning of the 1931 silent horror classic "VAMPYR" with Julian West & Henriette Gerard; directed by Carl Theodor Dreyer. There are some other clips of the film up on YouTube but the quality wasn't so great so I decided to try to upload some better encodes. If there's a positive response to this, I'll upload more of the film. (this is from the Kino release)

A very different "films that suck" episode; in a sudden attack of laziness, I decided to rant over the first twenty minutes of this movie, rather than doing a full review. The result may be a little unfair, however this film has been so over-rated in the Indy circle that I felt I should expose it for what it is.
