CLARIFICATION: The only arrogance I see is in ~assuming~ that "god" created all this ~for the sole purpose of making humans~. Science and theism do not have to be at odds.
Of course the Hubble ultra deep field image does not contain the Milky Way galaxy -- it was done for effect.
And of course I do not mean 'geocentric' in a literal sense.
