From the archives. It is former Beijing Wushu Team member and China Wushu Champion He Jingde (???) demonstrating one of his specialties, Double Boardsword ( ??-?? ) at the 10th UC Berkeley Chinese Martial Arts Championship in 2002.

Wushu superstar He jingde formally of the beijing wushu team and currently of Hong Kong perforing in Round 1 of Jackie Chan's Disciple. He Jingde earned a spot in the top 32 and recieved a dragon award after this performance but later would return home upon the second round, which left his spot to be filled in by Beijing wushu team student Zhong hong mei.

He Jing De's Nan Gun (southern staff) performance at the 9th Wushu World Cup in Beijing, China in 2007.
For some reason he received a 0.30 deduction on his score for time. They said he came in at 1:14 but as you can see from the video his time was well over 1:20.
