This is a solo from the late great Mr Entwistle, imo the best bassist of all time. The solo is taken from a live performance of 5:15 (possibly at the Albert Hall).
I've seen clips around YouTube of his 5:15 solos, but not this one (correct me if I'm wrong). This one has a little better quality and is cleaner.
