Shopping in the Mall, and the Call to Prayer came over the load speakers. And in the Mall of the Emirates, in the center area, trust me, they crank it.
Holy Smoke! Don't plug in a big ole box into a stupid converter in any country other than the good ole USA: or you might lose your abilty to listen sound. It was like a gun. No joke. A gun going off. Like with Fish at the firing range.
Driving through the Business Bay overpass on Sheikh Zayed Raod and heading back toward Deira. Another great view of the giant yellow machines that are build the Metro.
in Abu Dhabi, at the base is what is called the Burj al Marina, which is a very short observation town. The thing was closed so no pictures. But as I say in the vid, smoking is allowed in the mall (the 80's), and being ABB, video is not allowed. (aka, no locals in local atire on video. That gets a bit touching in parts of the Arab world.)
This is the 2nd time I have had sushi since I have been here. Which is like 20 times too few. Not bad, not good. Pink ginger, temperaturs of the fish is wrong (sometimes), presentation could use some work, and of course I am not doing sake shots and drinking ice cold beer with smokin' hot brunettes. Kampai!
