To all those that have commented on her hair, costume etc. literally by the time she arrived at the competition she ran in the theater, changed in the bathroom, threw her music on the sound table, and walked onstage without stretching, makeup or doing her hair. In my opinion, she looks great!

The dancer is Irina Tchachina from Russia. She's a former rhythmic gymnast who took the silver medal in the 2004 Olympics. Her technique is superb and more dancers today needs to see this to actually see what great technical dancing looks like. For example, when she does her jump splits she does oversplits and has amazing height on them.
