Check out this fun version of Rudolph for Solo Guitar (not really for complete beginners cos it uses alternating bass patterns - but if you have had some experience of that kinda of thing (say in my Solo Blues DVD's ;)) then you will probably find it pretty straight forward! Happy Xmas all.
