NBA Finals 1991 and Michael Jeffery Jordan was showing his extreme precision. Jordan shot nearly 70% during his first finals appearance and he had nearly 14 assists per game. Michael Jordan proved that if he was needed to play the role of passer that he was the best ever at that as well. Jordan was 15-18 in this game.
Jordan even had 19 rebounds! I have seen it said that Jordan contributed to around 87 points to his team. The amazing thing is that the Cavs were title contenders.
Kobe Bryant 53 points 19-44 fg 3-9 3pt 12-14 ft 2 rebounds 2 assists 2 steals 1 block vs the great Tracy McGrady. The Houston Rockets won 52 games so the quality of competition was very high.
As a die hard Lakers fan it saddens me to see other Lakers fans who disrespect legendary unanimous mountainous legend Michael Jordan and his jumper. Why?
The Raptors only won 33 games in 2005 so really it isn't a "great game" but he still scored 56. Lebron made 18 out of 36 shots, Lebron made 6 out of 12 3 pointers. So if Lebron took 46 shots like Kobe did vs Toronto one year later, Lebron might have scored 81. Kobe took 20 free throws which is 5 more than Lebron took in this game which tells me that Lebron could score 100 one day.
Michael Air Jordan did not come to play so he decided to add 55 to his set of 100's of NBA records. Ok if you compare Lebron or Kobe to Jordan they are overrated but they don't suck. Smush Parker sucks.
Kevin Garnett is traded to the Boston Celtics. Both Larry Bird and Kevin Garnett are 20 points plus and 10 rebounds plus guys. They are dominant and now Boston has the best player in the game. I think KG is a little better than Kobe but not by much. Good luck Celtics fans.
