Ever wondered what it takes to do a back handspring? Pain. This is my CollegeHumor.com claim to fame. It sums up an hour of my time spent in the MIT wrestling room. But I was victorious! Anyone who says that people are "born with talent" are full of it. The only thing that counts in this life is hard work.
Part 1 of 4 - I know, I know, my old Rubik's Cube video sucked, but I've learned much since then. Hopefully, you will find these four videos more instructional. They will teach you to solve a Rubik's Cube without any pre-memorized, magic sequences of moves.
Part 2 of 4 - I know, I know, my old Rubik's Cube video sucked, but I've learned much since then. Hopefully, you will find these four videos more instructional. They will teach you to solve a Rubik's Cube without any pre-memorized, magic sequences of moves.
A video that teaches the mathematical concept of the slope of a line. I made it for one of my NYU classes. Now I have my Master's in Math Education and can start my teaching career!
Part 3 of 4 - I know, I know, my old Rubik's Cube video sucked, but I've learned much since then. Hopefully, you will find these four videos more instructional. They will teach you to solve a Rubik's Cube without any pre-memorized, magic sequences of moves.

A card trick invented by Chris Kenner and popularized by David Copperfield. The music in the background is the "Love Theme" from the movie "Cousins". Although no one really knows how Copperfield does the trick, I have reverse-engineered it to my satisfaction. Enjoy!

This could be called a sequel to the back handspring video. The other person you see in the video is my friend, Behram. This shows me trying front flips, aerials, front handsprings, and back flips. Behram is my coolest friend ever, because he's the only one of my friends willing to go and try out gymnastics with me.
I wrote a Ruby program to play Scramble for me on Facebook. It has never lost (obviously). It's 80 lines of code and uses yawl (yet another word list) for the dictionary and Appscript to send the keystrokes.
Me playing Michael Nyman's "The Sacrifice" from the movie "The Piano". I'm playing it on my electric keyboard that my brother got me as my MIT graduation presest =) I have never taken piano lessons. I taught myself over the past two years. I was first inspired to learn the piano by my friend Ashok during my stint on Semester at Sea.
This is me playing "To Zanarkand" from Final Fantasy X. Anyone who thinks it's dumb to be playing video game music obviously hasn't heard Nobuo Uematsu's music. He may write music for video games instead of orchestras, but he's up there with the best of the composers.
PC Fleming is an old friend of mine from high school. He's been dancing for years and, quite frankly, he's really good at it. This is a video of him performing at a dance competition. In parts of the video you can see other couples on the dance floor; PC is competing against them. Should I ruin the ending? PC won of course =)
