Went back to an old junkyard to see what I missed when the grass was high and bush in bloom.Found cars on the way there and back also!Got permission to take as much as I want....life is good.Sorry the music got cut short.
Went to another junkyard that is being forced to crush.I bought the aluminum Buick drums as well as the International grill.The 56 Dodge near the end is a car I bought for my son. It is "NOT" for sale! All the rest is for sale so email Joe!
My son and I went bush hunting for old cars today and we actually found a few! Dad even let him drive on the back roads for awhile as there was no traffic.Check out my other video,s for more old car finds!
Went out today to pick up a few vintage car parts and to check out some new leads. While popping the liftgate glass out of the old Plymouth Suburban I spotted a deer about 20 feet away.Found the 51 Merc at a different location. What a shame that 2 door hardtop is beyond repair.
Stopped at a buddys junkyard and looked around. 36 Chevy sedan looks savable,looks like he is restoring the cab on the pallet.Even the roof is rusted through on the old 4 door.The flathead is likely out of the 38 Ford truck.
Found more vintage tin here and there this weekend!Finds include a Packard Clipper and a Chevy sedan! 35 Ford coupe is an old hot rod from the sixties!
Car sure doesn,t like the cold! Pops and spits due to fuel fouling the plugs...gonna try a hotter range to see if it helps.Junior took this video on the weekend when I was heading over to the garage.It will be on the road legally in the spring!
Todays rainy day finds include a 57 Ford,55 Chevy,Anglia or Austin 4 door,V8 Rambler,Nash Metropolitan,several trucks including an early 50,s International.
Went to 3 different sites and found these.The 56 Pontiac might end up mine.Other finds include 39? Ford 2 door,59 Olds 2 door,58 Chevy,57 Chrysler,old Chevy Suburban military and several unknowns...
Buddy of mine scored some vintage tin to crush so I made a deal to strip whatever I could off of them! 53 Merc,53 Lincoln,67 Dodge,Parklane etc.Also found a 66 Buick bucket seat/console car to strip. Amazing what I find and where!
I always follow up on any vintage tin stories and leads. Some day I,ll find a 40 willys where I least expect it! Nothing real good this time but you never know when....

Got a lead on some vintage tin in a ravine and sure enough it was there. 36 Chevy 2 door sedan,48 and 49 Fords,Austin.49 Pontiac as well as others partially buried in the side of the hill. All are free for the taking so I,ll go back and rescue anything I can. I,d better take a shovel......
