Speedtrap (1977)
After a wave of unsolved car thefts, an insurance company calls in private investigator Pete Nobeck to solve the case. While the chief of police isn't thrilled about having an outsider come and show up his men, one of the officers is a former girlfriend of Nobeck's who's more than willing to help him out in any way she can.

A group of teens find their railway-car costume party crashed by a vengeful classmate in this slasher drama. Genre fans appreciate interesting plot twists, fine cinematography, and slaughter aplenty.
Jamie Lee Curtis runs around screaming her head off and David Copperfield is also around to pull off some illusions.

Night of the Juggler (1980)
James Brolin plays an ex-cop who is raising his daughter by himself and is barely getting by. His daughter goes to school one day and is mistaken for the daughter of a wealthy family and is kidnapped by a psycho for ransom. Brolin does an excellent job portraying the distraught father who does everything in his power to find his daughter.
Kingu Kongu tai Gojira (1962)
An exploration team discovers a lost tribe of savages and their god, a giant ape on a tropical island. They bring the monster to Japan just in time to fight Godzilla, who has appeared out of an iceberg.
