Episode 28 - Junior's Henshin
Big John's first and probably last appearance. Junior got a mysterous box from Captain Blue last episode. What's in the box? We also get to see what happened to Bruce, Charles, and Hulk after they disappeared at the end of episode 26. Sprocket also makes an appearance.

Episode 25 - The Decisive Battle! Jadow's Base of Operation
Joe finally makes it to Jadow headquarters where he fights Fire Leo, is saved by Alastor, and then finally meets the villain who has been causing all his problems. If you haven't played the game, I won't spoil it for you.

Episode 39 - Enemy is Captain Blue!
We return to Blue Town from episode 5 to find that Captain Blue has escaped on his own. Or has he? Something smells fishy in the old west. This episode also references a line in the first game, where Joe fights Another Joe and comments about wearing a yellow scarf.

Episode 29 - Sylvia the Storm-Calling Woman
This is a whacked out parody of The Wizard of OZ. The Cowardly Lion, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Woodsman are all roboticists who invent a robot named Dorothy (translated as Doris, but I'm fairly sure it's supposed to be Dorothy). Where Toto went, we can only guess. Watch for the first appearance of Stylish Alastor.

Episode 33 - A lot of heroes!
This could be a parody of the X-Men movies, or just superhero movies in general. Joe, Silvia, and Junior visit a city where all the bad guys have disappeared, and the heroes are acting very unhero-like. The girl in this one looks to me kind of like a young anime Dazzler.
