NOTE: This was made before annotations came about, which really brings to question why I waited this long to upload it...
LaserMan means business now. He's delivered a massive shock to MegaMan's folder, preventing him from using any chips other than support and Soul-uniting chips! MegaMan's health has also been hit in the crossfire, caught in a downward spiral. Under such harsh conditions, will our blue hero be able to defeat LaserMan a third time?
