This is a project we did on one of the most amazing buildings in Berlin, the former GDR's governmental "Palast der Republik". One is taken on a visit to the buildings past - present and finally - insane future.
Unfortunately, the building has been taken down almost completely.

Even though it reminds me of Battlestar Galactica, it has nothing to do with it ;-).
This is an aimation I made for my thesis, it is the result of a computer simulation based on parametric design strategies to test density and space. It has been further developed to a superstructure, edited and rendered in 3Ds max.
