Dan Tanna is a private investigator in the gambling town of Las Vegas, Nevada. Las Vegas can be seedy or glamorous, depending upon the point of view. This show is also notable for perhaps the only known portrayal of a house with a "drive-in" living room.

They meet up with travelers from other times, planets and dimensions who have also become trapped, and together they "slide" through portals from one dimension to the next hoping to find the one that leads home.
When the lame doctor, Don Blake, found a old walking stick and accidently struck it, something extraordinary happened. Don Blake changed into what turned out to be his true form, Thor, the Norse God of Thunder and Lightning and the stick became his mighty hammer, Mjolnir.
This animated series followed the further adventures of the famous comedy duo, featuring Bud Abbott performing as himself (Lou Costello had died several years earlier). Most of the episodes centered around various far-fetched schemes to get rich quick, all of which inevitably failed miserably. ...sad.
