In his opposition to Vermont's global warming bill, Governor Douglas said he couldn't and wouldn't help a single polar bear. Well, that single polar bear came to teh state house today looking for him to ask why....."We can do as much as possible and still not save a single polar bear or make a significant impact on global warming."
