This is a vid of Su Dong-chen, a famous Taiwanese internal martial artist. He trained under Hong Yi-xiang for many years before opening a school in Japan. His art is called the Essence of Evolution. Tang Shou Dao was a martial arts system put together by the famous Taiwan teacher Hong Yi-xiang and then popularized by Hsu Hong-chi. The clip features forms training and fight clips from TSD's annual full-contact competition.
