Renaissance Performing Arts Association's Summer 2006 production of The Sound of Music. This scene in the movie is where the kids and Maria sing "My Favorite Things" but in the stage version, "Lonely Goatherd" is sung here. I'm playing Liesl, the "Lonely Goatherd" haha, in this scene.
Again, not too fun to watch but listening, that's another story. Deb Akers is Mother Abbess singing "Climb Every Mountain" in the Renaissance Theater's production of The Sound Of Music
This is the famous Saint Sulpice Church in the Latin Quarter of Paris, France. This church was mentioned in Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code, as well as seen in the movie. It's where Silas breaks the floor where the rose line is. This is definately one of the videos that turned out better, haha!
A Neo Gothic cathedral in San Sebastian Spain, sorry most of these videos are shaky because it's from my photo-camera. And I was walking VERY QUICKLY to keep up with Romain...haha:-p plus it's very dark in there. And I like making excuses!
The Mona Lisa! Yay! But the people...not so yay...if you listen closely, I'm probably complaining. Its not like most of them could understand me anyway.
Natalie Davidson (Maria) and Deb Akers (Mother Abbess) sing My Favorite Things. Please note the stage version is much different from the film version and this is the way it was originally intended to be set- not with the children (The Lonely Goatherd is sung during the storm instead). Also includes scene following the song...
Upon popular request, I'm uploading more of the songs from the 2006 production of The Sound of Music. This is the lovely miss Natalie Davidson (Maria) singing "The Sound of Music"
