Elite Weekend Day 2 Station 6 Heavy Weapons Range. We got to shoot the Barrett .50 Cal at a target a half mile away. It was louder to hear as a spectator than it was to shoot. Excellent gun with hardly any recoil. Less pounding on the shoulder than a .306
While at the Special Opps Store during Elite Weekend they let attendees tour the facilities and see the gun museum. Here is about 30% of the guns they had on display.
Elite Weekend Day 2 Obstacle Course. The intructor goes through the obstacle course stations and rules. Our team, team 1 recieved the best time of the day. We had to throw the big guy in front of the camera moving from station 1 to station 2 over the log 2 times. It was awesome!
The Rangerball Regiment went up to Logan Utah for Aliens In The Rockies and had a blast. We took video from two different gun cams and a handy cam. The Mercinaries won the game by 100 points.

Special Opps Elite Weekend Day 3 Final Battle. We arrive get geared up and ride in the helicopter. The game was awesome. It was a bummer that the sniper cam was maxed out for video.
Elite Weekend Day 2 Zip Line X7 Full Auto shoot. We finished the sniper course and went a ways down the hill to hit the zip line. The video does not do justice to how far we were off the ground or how fast that chair got going. We were using and X7 with prototype E-grip and compressed air. Props to Tony for sucking it up and overcoming his fear of heights to get across the chasm!
Elite Weekend second day station 6. We hiked up to the altitude of around 8000 ft to shoot heavy calibers. After shooting the .50 cal some of the guys shot the automatics. It's amazing how far the casings eject! A couple of them hit the camera.
Played in St. George Utah at the Green Valley Gravel Pit. Objective get the president by ambushing the president and the body guards while on their route. The body gaurds are invinceable but must remain with 10 feet of the president at all times. One hit to the president and the game is over. Sometimes being a body guard doesn't pay.

Aliens In The Rockies played at Logan Utah on September 12th and 13th. There were 350+ players from 5 states divided amoung two teams, the Mercinaries, and the Marines. This is part 1 of many. This year we had many cameras running during the two days. This footage was taken with a Samsung HD handheld during the day portion of play on Friday. Enjoy!
