One foggy morning I walked to the labyrinth, and as the fog lifted the frogs were deafening - but I had no camera. Went back for 4 days - sunny and windy and frogs were silent. One rainy morning went again and they were in full voice. Newts were doing newt business in the pond.
We were doing a training hike at Point Reyes, out to see the elk. Half way out to the pond we saw a movement about a foot from the trail.
