This video describes bullet pulling. We also show you how to get the most from your bullet puller. Getting rid of the "universal" shell holder is the best upgrade you can make. NEVER try to pull tracers! If you want to pull a tracer use a collet puller, this is used in the press.
Basics of cartridge conversion. Here we show you how to convert a 30-06 to a .308 Winchester. This is one of the simpler conversions. This is also another reason to pick up brass at the range you might not usually pick up. The 30-06 can be made into a wide array of different cartridges. There will be more on conversions later, like the 9.3x62mm Mauser.
Here we show you how to seat cannelured bullets and apply a proper crimp. The cannelure is there to give the brass a place to recess into when crimped. Do not over crimp, if you do you can deform the bullet. Dont use a roll crimp on a automatic pistol case, use a taper crimp.
IMPORTANT SAFETY SEGMENT! Watch before loading with soft primers in your semi auto rifle. Most commercial promer cups are thin and soft. This is a looming danger to anyone loading for a rifle with a floating firing pin. This includes but not limited to the AR 15, M1 Garand, M1A, AK seris, and others. A slam fire will destroy your weapon and will cause severe injury or death.

How to neck turn brass. It's a fairlt simple process but it must be done right. If the case neck is too thin the neck will prematurely split. If you're converting an existing rifle case to another, especially necking down or shortening you usually have to turn them in order to get the cartridge to chamber.
How to moly coat your bullets. This is a high tech coating used to reduce friction and lengthen barrel life. It can also reduce fouling, the copper left inside your barrel by reducing friction and increasing velocity.
This video details how to apply a proper taper crimp to automatic pistol cases. We also show you how to use your pistol barrel to check headspace. Headspace is critical on auto pistol cases, they headspace off the mouth of the cae. This means that trim length and a proper taper crim is manditory for reliable safe ammunition.

This is Part 2 of this tutorial. If you've watched the first one you'll know that the basic premis isn't very difficult. All you need is the right tools and technique. As ammunition skyrockets in price a lot of you will turn to converting brass to save money. Cartridge conversion also will allow you to bring back to life an obsolite round as well such as the 9x57mm and perhaps the .30 Newton.
Easy way to anneal brass for either conversion or to soften old brittle brass. It's easy to do but you can't let the brass get too hot. Of you do it'll be too soft and will cause structural failure, usually in the shoulder. If you heat the brass too far down the body of the sae you'll ruin the case all together.
